Registration & Accreditation
All delegates must register at the Welcome Desk located in the hotel lobby. The desk is open:
- Monday, 28th September: 12:00 – 16:00
- Tuesday, 29th September: 07:30 - 18:00
- Wednesday, 30th September: 07:30 - 18:00
- Thursday, 1st October: 07:30 - 18:00
- Friday, 2nd October: 07:30 - 12:00
Please note that your accreditation must be worn at all times during the conference.
Conference fee
If you are staying at the official hotel (Hilton Geneva Hotel & Conference Center), costs for all meeting rooms and coffee breaks will be covered by FIS. Otherwise, the following conference fee will be applicable and has to be paid on-site at the FIS Welcome Desk:
- CHF 50.00 per day/person or
- CHF 180.00 all week/person
