All delegates must register at the Welcome Desk located in the hotel lobby. The desk is open:
- Sunday, 3rd May: 14:00 – 18:00
- Monday, 4th May: 07:30 - 18:00
- Tuesday, 5th May - Wednesday, 6th May: 07:00 - 18:00
- Thursday, 7th May: 07:30 - 12:00

Breakfast
Breakfast is served from Monday until Thursday in all three hotels (Grand Hotel Bernardin, Hotel Histrion, Hotel Vile Park) from 06:30 - 10:00. As of Friday, breakfast time starts at 07:00.
Coffee Breaks
Served in the Foyer of the 11th and 12th floor:
- Morning: 10:00 – 11:00
- Afternoon: 15:00 – 16:00
Lunch
A buffet lunch is available daily in the Café Grand (Hotel Grand Bernardin) from 12:00 to 14:00.
