By Air

Trieste airport is the closest and most convenient option. Several low-cost carriers operate routes from major European cities.

By Train
The closest railway station is Koper-Capodistria, approximately 15 km from the venue. Regular bus connections are available from the station.
For international rail connections:
- From Vienna: ~6 hours via Maribor
- From Munich: ~5 hours via Salzburg and Villach
- From Milan: ~5 hours via Venice and Trieste
By Car
The venue is easily accessible via the A1 motorway. A toll vignette is required for Slovenian highways.
Parking is available at the venue:
- Underground garage (limited spaces, first-come first-served)
- Open-air parking lot behind the hotel
- Public parking along the seafront promenade

Bus Service
Local buses connect the main hotels with the conference venue. Route #1 runs every 20 minutes from 07:00 to 22:00.
Taxi
Taxis are available at the hotel reception. Average fares:

Bicycle Rental
