Registration & Badges
All delegates must register at the Registration Desk located in the hotel lobby. The desk is open:
- Day before the conference: 14:00 – 20:00
- Conference days: 07:30 – 18:00
Please bring a valid photo ID and your confirmation email. Your badge must be worn at all times during the conference.

Please note that bandwidth is shared among all delegates. For video calls or large downloads, please use the dedicated high-speed workstations in the Business Center (Ground Floor).

- Afternoon: 15:00 – 15:30
Lunch
A buffet lunch is provided daily in the Grand Restaurant (Ground Floor) from 12:00 to 14:00. Please present your badge.

The local currency is the Euro (€). Credit cards are widely accepted. ATMs are located in the hotel lobby and nearby town center.
